Packing:
The finished garments are finally sorted on the basis of design and size and packed to send for distribution to the retail outlets.  Packing is always done in carton boxes; there are several criteria for packing. There are two types of packing the garment

  1. The garment is individually packed in polybag.
  2. The garment is just folded and arranged in carton boxes without putting them in poly bag.

Solid packing:
The carton box will include garments of single color and same size. Eg: 20 shirts of a navy blue color and size say S will be put in one carton box.

Ratio Packing:
The carton box will include garments of same color but of different sizes according to the ratio.
Eg: S:M:L:XL=5:7:7:5
Mixed packing:-
The carton box includes garments of different colors but of same size or garments with different colors and different sizes in a particular ratio form.
